Customer Care Center Specialist II
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and valuable banking support through our Customer Care Center. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to enhance client relationships and educate customers about banking products and services.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide timely assistance to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving banking-related issues through the Customer Care Center.</p><p>• Educate clients on a variety of banking products, services, and self-service tools, ensuring they fully understand their options.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve concerns related to digital banking platforms and loan processes with efficiency and professionalism.</p><p>• Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to deliver accurate information and solutions to customers.</p><p>• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and promoting the bank’s core values.</p><p>• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all interactions while adhering to established policies and procedures.</p><p>• Support the team’s overall goals by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.</p><p>• Stay updated on banking industry trends and adapt to new tools or processes as needed.</p>
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or call center industry.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.<br>• Proficiency in navigating digital banking systems and customer service tools.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with banking products, services, and loan processes.<br>• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns professionally.<br>• Commitment to delivering excellent service and building positive customer relationships.<br>• Adaptability to evolving procedures and technologies within the banking industry.
