In this role, you will drive product development initiatives, ensure alignment with business goals, and optimize processes to deliver exceptional results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the food and food processing industry while contributing to innovative solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead product development efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product backlogs and prioritize features effectively.<br>• Conduct backlog grooming sessions to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.<br>• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to drive product delivery and manage iterative development cycles.<br>• Oversee bug tracking processes, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance.<br>• Leverage Atlassian Jira to manage project tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate team collaboration.<br>• Analyze data warehousing requirements to support product optimization and decision-making.<br>• Communicate product roadmaps and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.<br>• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.<br>• Develop documentation and guidelines to support product implementation and usage.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.<br>• Strong skills in backlog grooming and prioritization techniques.<br>• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for project and task management.<br>• Familiarity with bug tracking processes and tools.<br>• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and their application in product development.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategies.
