<p>We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of data-driven digital products within the food and food processing industry. This long-term contract position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business and technology teams to create impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agile environments and a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable product features.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product functionalities based on business objectives and customer needs.</p><p>• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews to maintain workflow efficiency.</p><p>• Develop and manage a product roadmap informed by market trends, user feedback, and business requirements.</p><p>• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital solutions.</p><p>• Create and present data visualizations to communicate product performance and adoption metrics.</p><p>• Promote agile best practices and mentor team members in improving product development processes.</p><p>• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.</p><p>• Utilize knowledge of digital architecture to design competitive and scalable solutions.</p>

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile and scrum environments, with expertise in leading scrum meetings and managing product backlogs.<br>• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including a solid understanding of cloud architecture and data workflows.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to senior stakeholders.<br>• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in making data-driven decisions.<br>• Hands-on experience with data warehousing, data mapping, and understanding data lineage.<br>• Background in warehouse, transportation, logistics, or similar operational industries.<br>• Proficiency in using tools like Atlassian Jira for backlog grooming and bug tracking.<br>• Deep knowledge of product management principles and agile methodologies.
