We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our team in Rosemont, Illinois. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supply chain management within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will drive forecasting accuracy, analyze market trends, and collaborate across departments to meet business objectives and customer demand effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the demand planning process to develop precise forecasts for all SKUs, ensuring alignment with business goals.<br>• Analyze market trends and conduct competitive assessments to inform strategic planning.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and supply chain, to ensure accurate demand forecasting.<br>• Manage large and complex data sets to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.<br>• Develop actionable insights based on sales data and trends to support decision-making.<br>• Maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to gather relevant information and enhance forecasting processes.<br>• Prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines and deliverables.<br>• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory planning and ensure product availability.<br>• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.

• Proven experience in demand forecasting and supply chain management.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.<br>• Familiarity with inventory planning and optimization techniques.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.<br>• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and frequently changing work environment.<br>• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for demand planning and data analysis.<br>• Solid understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics in manufacturing.<br>• Experience in developing actionable insights from sales and operational data.
