<p>Robert Half is looking for a full-time Paralegal to join a growing plaintiff’s personal injury and workers' compensation law firm in Chicago, Illinois. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while honing your litigation skills and contributing to meaningful outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage attorney calendars and maintain docket schedules.</li><li>Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and correspondence.</li><li>Order and organize medical records and billing statements.</li><li>File documents with courts and agencies (electronic and physical filings).</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and third parties.</li><li>Negotiate and resolve liens and subrogation interests.</li><li>Assist with case preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.</li></ul>
