The firm is seeking an experienced <strong>Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal</strong> to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact from day one.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents</li><li>Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the litigation process</li><li>Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings</li><li>Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and deadlines</li><li>Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists</li><li>Review medical records and prepare summaries for attorney review</li></ul>
