Front Desk / Ticketing
We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk / Ticketing specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Mountain View, California. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, data entry, and document management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and supporting ticketing functions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting visitors and addressing inquiries in a meticulous manner.<br>• Manage ticketing operations, including issuing tickets and handling payments accurately.<br>• Perform data entry tasks, both numeric and alphanumeric, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Maintain and organize documentation, adhering to company standards for document control.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to create, update, and manage records and reports.<br>• Coordinate export and import documentation as needed, ensuring compliance with procedures.<br>• Support administrative tasks to enhance overall front desk functionality.<br>• Monitor and restock front desk supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges and implement solutions.<br>• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles.<br>• Proficiency in data entry, including both numeric and alphanumeric tasks.<br>• Knowledge of Word and Excel for administrative and reporting purposes.<br>• Familiarity with document control processes and standards.<br>• Ability to manage export and import documentation effectively.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.<br>• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
