We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Mooresville, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual skilled in managing complex financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining accurate reporting. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to enhance financial processes and support organizational goals. Role is onsite. Responsibilities:• Oversee monthly financial close processes to meet strict reporting deadlines.• Prepare consolidated financial statements and annual reports in compliance with IFRS standards.• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.• Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and fixed asset accounting.• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and support external audits.• Provide tax-related financial data to the tax team to address identified deficiencies.• Collaborate with management to deliver insightful business finance information.• Maintain inventory accounting records and ensure proper cost allocations.• Create and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.• Support system transitions and upgrades, including preparation for the conversion to SAP S/4HANA.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles. • Proficiency in IFRS standards and consolidated financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting. • Hands-on experience with fixed asset accounting and account reconciliations. • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is preferred. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex financial data. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
