Paralegal
<p>Robert Half is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our client in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a contract position and open to 100% remote candidates. The ideal candidate is preferred to be able to go onsite biweekly to the Minneapolis office occasionally for onsite meetings. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting complex class action cases and ensuring the smooth management of legal processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• File pleadings, motions, and other legal documents accurately and on time in federal courts.</p><p>• Maintain and update case files, ensuring all records are organized and accessible.</p><p>• Manage case deadlines effectively by calendaring important dates and ensuring compliance.</p><p>• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials and discovery processes.</p><p>• Conduct research and manage legal documentation using e-discovery platforms and case management software.</p><p>• Liaise professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.</p><p>• Assist in reviewing and analyzing legal documents for accuracy and completeness.</p><p>• Uphold the firm’s values by contributing to a respectful and inclusive work environment.</p>
<p>• 2+ years of experience supporting cases in federal courts, including significant experience filing documents.</p><p>• Must have experience with PACER and other relevant case management tools.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.</p><p>• Proficiency with legal document management systems and e-discovery platforms.</p><p>• Strong commitment to plaintiff-side work and delivering meaningful results.</p><p>• Knowledge of litigation processes, including discovery and trial preparation.</p><p><br></p>
