We are looking for a skilled Cost & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations and cost management for a dynamic organization in Miami, Florida. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the optimization of warehouse processes and inventory controls. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure efficiency in managing raw materials, high-volume SKUs, and operational practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement strategies for inventory mapping and optimization to streamline warehouse operations.<br>• Supervise warehouse management projects, ensuring adherence to established controls and practices.<br>• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory and warehouse activities.<br>• Collaborate with teams to manage raw materials, blending, bottling, and high-volume SKU processes.<br>• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.<br>• Support the implementation of the NetSuite system in partnership with external providers.<br>• Conduct cost accounting analyses to identify areas for financial improvement.<br>• Ensure smooth execution of annual inventory counts and physical reconciliations.<br>• Maintain effective communication with bilingual teams to enhance operational efficiency.<br>• Address challenges in warehouse environments with proactive solutions.

• Proven experience in cost accounting and inventory management.<br>• Strong knowledge of inventory mapping, optimization, and warehouse controls.<br>• Ability to manage raw materials, blending, bottling, and high-volume SKU operations.<br>• Expertise in developing and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).<br>• Familiarity with NetSuite system implementation is a significant advantage.<br>• Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse teams.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to inventory reconciliation and reporting.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
