This is a hybrid role with no billable hour requirements plus bonus and full benefits, </p><p>Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Represent clients in complex immigration cases, with emphasis on <strong>L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-5 visas</strong> </li><li>Draft, review, and file petitions and supporting documentation </li><li>Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on casework </li><li>Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through U.S. immigration processes</li></ul><p>Send resumes to Deb Montero on LinkedIn. </p>
