<p>We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a part-time, contract basis in Miami, Florida. This role involves providing legal expertise in litigation and transactional matters. The ideal Candidate will have over three to five years of experience in litigation, corporate law and a strong understanding of compliance, contracts, and business transactions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct research on complex business and legal matters to support decision-making.</p><p>• Draft and review contracts, vendor agreements, and other legal documents with precision.</p><p>• Provide legal guidance on mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase deals, and employment matters.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all transactional activities.</p><p>• Assist with litigation tasks when required, including research and preparation.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address legal concerns effectively.</p><p>• Develop tailored legal solutions for business needs and strategic initiatives.</p><p>• Review and negotiate terms for vendor contracts and other agreements.</p><p>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Florida laws and regulations affecting business operations.</p>

<p>• A minimum of five years of experience in corporate law or related legal fields.</p><p>• Proven expertise in drafting contracts, vendor agreements, and legal documents.</p><p>• Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and asset purchase transactions.</p><p>• Licensed to practice law in Florida.</p><p>• Excellent research and analytical skills.</p><p>• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.</p><p>• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.</p>
