Responsibilities:• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and financial decision-making.• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement.• Manage payroll functions, including reconciliation and accurate transaction processing.• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations.• Handle cash management activities, optimizing liquidity and ensuring proper allocation of resources.• Consolidate financial statements across multiple entities and prepare year-end reports.• Monitor and report on costs of goods sold (COGS) to improve operational efficiency.• Utilize accounting software such as Restaurant 365 to streamline financial operations and reporting.• Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.• Strong expertise in financial reporting and statement preparation, including consolidation.• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.• Solid understanding of payroll functions and reconciliation processes.• Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and compliance requirements.• Advanced knowledge of cash management and cost of goods sold (COGS).• Experience with accounting software, particularly Restaurant 365, is highly desirable.• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
