We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of accounting records. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in key accounting functions and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This is a PART-TIME opportunity only. ADP payroll experience a must. Responsibilities:• Manage the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are properly recorded.• Prepare and post journal entries while verifying supporting documentation.• Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between internal records and bank statements.• Analyze financial data to support accurate reporting and decision-making.• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and enhance efficiency.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.• Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.• Provide support for special projects or additional accounting tasks as needed.

• Proven experience in handling month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Strong knowledge of journal entries and account reconciliation practices. • Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations with attention to detail. • Familiarity with accounting principles and standards. • Advanced skills in financial analysis and problem-solving. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
