<p>Senior Tax role in the Meriden area! In this position, you will handle a mix of tax preparation, bookkeeping for small businesses as well as support audit. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in a collaborative CPA firm environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare individual and corporate tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Assist in bookkeeping tasks for small business clients, ensuring financial records are well-maintained.</p><p>• Conduct audits for clients adhering to regulatory standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations across all projects.</p><p>• Support clients by addressing tax-related inquiries and offering practical solutions.</p><p>• Participate in the review process to enhance the quality and accuracy of financial reports.</p><p>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and audit practices to deliver exceptional service.</p><p>• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes within the firm.</p>
