<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.</li><li>CPA preferred but not required.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in<strong> public audit (VC/PE clients)</strong> or in-house within venture capital/private equity.</li><li>Strong understanding of ASC 946 and ASC 820.</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting close and audit processes.</li><li>Advanced Excel modeling skills; familiarity with ERP systems such as Investran, Intacct, or QuickBooks is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Excited about this role?
