This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful applications that support critical needs across multiple domains.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using languages such as <strong>Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript</strong></li><li>Apply object-oriented programming principles and follow the software development lifecycle</li><li>Develop and integrate APIs and manage relational databases</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives</li><li>Collaborate with a small team (2–8 members) to deliver high-quality software solutions</li><li>Continuously grow technical and domain knowledge to support evolving project needs</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript)</li><li>Strong understanding of object-oriented design and Agile development methodologies</li><li>Experience with database management and API development</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance</li></ul><p>•<strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborative, small Agile teams</li><li>Hybrid work model with <strong>2–3 days/week onsite</strong></li><li>Supportive environment with opportunities for mentorship and growth</li><li>Exposure to multiple projects and domains, allowing for both technical and leadership development</li></ul>
