We are looking for an experienced US Group Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting for our organization in Hanover, Pennsylvania. This role requires a meticulous leader with strong analytical skills to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, compliance with regulations, and effective team management. The Controller will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and guiding financial decision-making while maintaining robust internal controls and must be willing to travel up to 50%. Responsibilities:• Manage the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring they align with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.• Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning and performance evaluation.• Present financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends and key metrics to inform business decisions.• Establish and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and guarantee the reliability of financial data.• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration.• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and legal obligations, including coordination with external auditors.• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support their understanding of business results.• Oversee inventory processes, including cycle counts and year-end physical counts, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with operations.• Manage banking relationships, approving transactions and ensuring accurate reconciliation processes.• Take ownership of tax-related duties, including sales and use tax reporting, assisting with business tax filings, and conducting research as needed.

• Proven experience in financial management and accounting roles, ideally within a corporate environment.• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and tools, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.• Exceptional communication abilities to present financial insights and collaborate across departments.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.Contact Sandi Nush 302-985-5234
