This contract position offers an opportunity to oversee comprehensive benefits administration processes while supporting a dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in employee benefits, compliance, and team leadership, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. Responsibilities:• Administer and manage full-cycle employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.• Lead and mentor a team of benefits professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits, such as FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and 401(k) administration.• Oversee leave of absence cases, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company policies.• Collaborate with brokers and vendors to address benefit-related issues and manage relationships effectively.• Handle open enrollment processes, including communication, coordination, and problem resolution.• Investigate and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits programs.• Utilize ADP Workday and Microsoft Office Suite to manage benefits data and streamline administrative tasks.• Support benefit plan implementation and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.• Provide expert guidance to employees and management on all aspects of benefits administration.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle HR benefits administration.• Proficiency in ADP Workday and Office Suite applications.• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing benefits programs, including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and 401(k).• Demonstrated experience managing benefits for organizations with 1,000+ employees.• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.• Expertise in handling open enrollment processes and collaborating with brokers.• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
