We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This Contract position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong financial management skills to handle key accounting functions and ensure seamless daily operations. The role is 100% on-site and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Perform regular reconciliations of bank and financial accounts to maintain up-to-date records.<br>• Oversee payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timely and accurate payments.<br>• Prepare and generate financial reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.<br>• Maintain organized and accurate bookkeeping records in compliance with company policies.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial workflows.<br>• Utilize various accounting software systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable operations.<br>• Strong ability to perform bank and financial account reconciliations.<br>• Experience with ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing.<br>• Skilled in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with accounting software tools and systems.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<br>• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
