We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Marlborough, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing materials, ensuring accurate data entry, and assisting with shipping and packaging tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of inventory operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform accurate data entry to maintain updated inventory records.<br>• Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper organization and tracking.<br>• Assist in shipping and packaging processes to meet production deadlines.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support inventory management activities.<br>• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.<br>• Participate in annual physical inventory counts to verify assets.<br>• Monitor inventory systems to track and report discrepancies.<br>• Maintain clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.

• Previous experience in inventory management or related field.<br>• Proficiency in inventory tracking systems and tools.<br>• Familiarity with shipping and packaging processes.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Experience with annual physical inventory counts.<br>• Knowledge of assembly line operations is a plus.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
