Key Responsibilities Invoice Processing: Accurately code, process, and match a high volume of invoices in a timely manner. Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations, including matching payments to statements and invoices. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of transactions in the accounting system. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in accounts payable or a related role. Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for accuracy. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams. Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
