<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and financial reporting</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Excel</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Experience working in multiple industries or consulting environments is a plus</li></ul>
