<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or progress toward certification preferred</li><li>4+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting or multi-industry background strongly preferred</li><li>Expert understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices</li><li>Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with leading accounting/ERP systems</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at various levels</li><li>Proven adaptability within fast-changing environments</li></ul><p><br></p>
