Property Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on creating a positive workplace experience by managing administrative tasks and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure smooth office functionality.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and staff professionally while managing receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and handling inquiries.<br>• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive workplace environment.<br>• Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting spaces to ensure efficiency.<br>• Support property management tasks, including vendor communication and tracking maintenance requests.<br>• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure inventory is stocked and available.<br>• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to property management.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address workplace concerns and improve processes.<br>• Maintain accurate records and files to ensure easy access to relevant information.<br>• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.<br>• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with property management processes is a plus.
