We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Glendale, California. This is a Contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth property operations and maintaining positive relationships with residents. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property management and be skilled in handling administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Conduct property condition assessments to identify and address any issues, ensuring optimal living conditions for residents. • Assist with processing Public Housing Agency applications and liaise with the Housing Authority to ensure compliance. • Make outbound calls to residents to address rent delinquency and support resolution of Home Owner Association violations. • Collaborate with the team to review and complete action items from task lists in a timely manner. • Foster positive resident experiences by addressing concerns and maintaining open communication channels.

• Proven experience in property management, including residential or commercial properties.• Proficiency in Yardi software and other relevant property management tools.• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and external agencies.• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
