<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Family Law Attorney</strong> to join our team remotely. This <strong>ongoing contract position</strong> offers the opportunity to assist in all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases. The ideal candidate will bring strong research, drafting, and case management skills, along with a compassionate approach to client work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> • Draft pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements in family law cases.</p><p> • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and strategy outlines.</p><p> • Review client documents and manage case timelines and filings.</p><p> • Communicate with clients and collaborating attorneys regarding case progress.</p><p> • Support litigation efforts aimed at early resolution or settlement.</p>
