<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>Robert Half Legal is proud to partner with a prestigious plaintiff litigation trial firm focused on mass torts and complex litigation. This firm is seeking California-barred Associate Attorneys to join their team. Newly barred attorneys, as well as those with all levels of experience, are encouraged to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in high-impact litigation cases. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in trial preparation, drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and conducting in-depth legal research.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Draft and prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.</li><li>Manage discovery processes, including drafting, responding, and reviewing.</li><li>Assist in trial preparation and actively engage in litigation proceedings.</li><li>Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mandatory:</strong> Active California Bar license.</li><li>Open to candidates of all experience levels, including newly barred attorneys.</li><li>Ability to work remotely for strong candidates.
