<p>We are seeking a <strong>Litigation Attorney</strong> to join the insurance defense team at a law firm. This is a <strong>fully remote, ongoing contract opportunity</strong> supporting a high-volume defense practice.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and summaries for insurance defense cases.</p><p>• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support defense strategy.</p><p>• Review depositions, expert reports, and medical or accident documentation.</p><p>• Communicate with supervising attorneys regarding case updates and recommendations.</p><p>• Assist in preparing materials for mediation, arbitration, and settlement discussions.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> • J.D. from an accredited law school.</p><p> • Active <strong>California Bar License</strong> in good standing.</p><p> • 3+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience.</p><p> • Strong research, writing, and case management skills.</p><p> • Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.</p><p><br></p><p>If qualified, available, and interested, please email your resume and a few bullet points to chris.azzi@roberthalf[dotcom].</p>
