We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and payments. Responsibilities: • Process and review a high volume of invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Manage accounts payable workflows and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments. • Utilize Yardi software to maintain accurate records and streamline accounting operations. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of accounts payable tasks. • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and month-end activities. • Participate in in-person team meetings to discuss priorities and performance goals. • Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable department.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role. • Proficiency in Yardi software, including Yardi Voyager and Yardi Enterprise. • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of invoices. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and vendors. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with accounting principles and audit processes. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
