AVP of Operations
<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Operations Manager</strong> to lead and optimize our high-volume, KPI-driven operations team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage data-driven processes in a fast-paced environment. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage day-to-day operations for a team handling order fulfillment and client requests.</li><li>Drive performance through <strong>KPI management</strong>, ensuring operational goals are met or exceeded.</li><li>Collaborate with inside sales teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and implement best practices.</li><li>Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Excel and SQL for data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Mentor and manage supervisors/managers to ensure team success and professional growth.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational scalability.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and process improvement.</li></ul><p>This role is 100% in office. To be considered must be able to commute to Longmont area. </p>
<ul><li>7+ years of operations experience, including 3+ years managing managers or supervisors.</li><li>Proven success in KPI-driven, high-volume operations environments.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL experience preferred.</li><li>Background in inside sales operations or similar fast-paced environments.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a tech-forward setting. </li></ul><p><br></p>
