HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in London, Ohio, on a contract basis. This role is essential in supporting recruiting efforts, managing hiring processes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a passion for creating seamless hiring experiences.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate recruitment activities for hourly positions, including screening candidates and conducting open interviews.<br>• Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, vendors, and other external organizations to support hiring needs.<br>• Administer pre-employment assessments, drug testing, and ensure accurate record-keeping of I-9 forms.<br>• Ensure compliance with employment-based immigration laws and regulations.<br>• Organize and facilitate orientations to onboard employees effectively.<br>• Utilize recruitment tools and software to track and manage candidate information.<br>• Support high-volume recruiting initiatives to meet organizational goals.<br>• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to optimize hiring strategies.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.<br>• Maintain knowledge of HR systems, including Microsoft Office and Paychex, to streamline recruiting processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruiting or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in recruitment tools and software, such as UKG Pro and UKG Ready.<br>• Strong knowledge of hiring processes, including pre-screening, assessments, and compliance with I-9 regulations.<br>• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with candidates, colleges, and vendors effectively.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.<br>• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting efforts and meet deadlines.<br>• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.<br>• Knowledge of employment-based immigration laws and compliance standards.
