HR Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Marysville, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate employee records and reports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the efficiency of administrative processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Input and update employee data in HR systems accurately and efficiently.</p><p>• Prepare and manage reports related to employee records, benefits, and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Assist in coordinating HR processes, including background checks and onboarding activities.</p><p>• Conduct audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to HR functions, such as benefits management and communication with staff.</p><p>• Utilize systems like ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce to manage payroll and workforce data.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to enhance HR operations and streamline processes.</p><p>• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits with professionalism.</p><p>• Ensure timely completion of all assigned HR administrative tasks.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies in all HR-related activities.</p>
<p>• Proficiency in HR software, ie: ADP Workforce Now, Dayforce, and Ceridian.</p><p>• Experience with auditing, background checks, and benefits administration.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees and team members.</p><p>• Familiarity with ATS systems and other HR-related technologies.</p><p>• Solid organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</p><p>• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance standards.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.</p>
