<p>Customer Service Representative </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Littleton, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a Contract to permanent position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Process customer orders efficiently while demonstrating a deep understanding of product specifications and adaptability.</p><p><br></p><p>• Guide customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering solutions and configurations tailored to individual requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>• Address inquiries related to order status, quotations, returns, and repairs, while maintaining strong customer relationships.</p><p><br></p><p>• Keep product knowledge and system expertise up-to-date to provide accurate information and support.</p><p><br></p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>• Perform detailed order entry and follow up on product progress, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.</p><p><br></p><p>• Maintain high attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure smooth operations.</p><p><br></p><p>• Support customers by providing timely updates and resolving issues effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>• Adapt to new systems and tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, to manage quotes and orders effectively.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role with demonstrated reliability.</p><p><br></p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.</p><p><br></p><p>• Experience in the medical field or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not required.</p><p><br></p><p>• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating collaboration and support.</p><p><br></p><p>• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in navigating websites and databases.</p><p><br></p><p>• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and manage email correspondence effectively.</p>
