Training and Development Specialist
<p>We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas, on a Contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a dynamic and skilled workforce while utilizing your expertise in corporate recruiting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.</p><p>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring workflow.</p><p>• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate experience and suitability for the role.</p><p>• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.</p><p>• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.</p><p>• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.</p><p>• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.Partner with leadership and HR to identify skill gaps, training needs, and career development opportunities across the organization.</p><p>Design, coordinate, and deliver employee training and professional development programs (both in-person and virtual).</p><p>Support succession planning and talent pipeline strategies to strengthen internal mobility.</p><p>Develop resources and tools for career coaching, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.</p><p>Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.</p><p>Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to support new hire success.</p><p>Stay current with best practices, trends, and technologies in learning and talent development.</p><p>Act as a trusted advisor to employees seeking guidance on professional growth.</p>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field is preferred.</li><li>3+ years of experience in training, talent development, or organizational development.</li><li>Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.</li><li>Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.</li></ul>
