This contract position focuses on supporting auto loan documentation and ensuring the accuracy of file records. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to manage documents efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Review auto loan files to confirm payment status and ensure proper documentation.</p><p>• Organize and maintain physical and digital records related to auto lending.</p><p>• Perform thorough document management tasks, including sorting, scanning, and filing.</p><p>• Conduct light research to verify account information and file accuracy.</p><p>• Handle account updates and maintenance with precision.</p><p>• Prepare file boxes and ensure proper labeling for long-term storage.</p><p>• Scan documents to create electronic records for efficient access.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes and improve efficiency.</p><p>• Adhere to organizational standards for confidentiality and data management.</p>
• Experience in paper filing and document organization.<br>• Proficiency in scanning and creating electronic file systems.<br>• Familiarity with handling file boxes and maintaining physical records.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.<br>• Ability to perform light research and account verification tasks.<br>• Organizational skills to manage multiple files and tasks simultaneously.<br>• Basic knowledge of e-filing systems and digital record management.<br>• Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.
