We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Liberty, South Carolina. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support key financial operations during a busy period. As a critical member of the accounting team, you will contribute to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in financial processes while adapting to dynamic priorities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.<br>• Handle daily cash receipt transactions, which will comprise a significant portion of the workload.<br>• Perform regular reconciliations on a daily and weekly basis to ensure financial accuracy.<br>• Use Microsoft Excel to generate reports, analyze data, and support day-to-day tasks.<br>• Adapt to shifting priorities and provide assistance across various accounting functions as needed.<br>• Maintain precision and consistency in all financial transactions and records.<br>• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all accounting activities.<br>• Offer flexible support for evolving responsibilities related to the new system implementation.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.<br>• Familiarity with financial system implementation and related tasks.<br>• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle vendor statements and maintain clear communication.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
