• Proven experience in commercial collections, including managing business accounts. • Strong understanding of collection processes and strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. • Ability to negotiate and resolve payment disputes professionally. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in collections. • Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
