<p>We are looking for a skilled Operations Controller to join a dynamic gaming and hospitality company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is pivotal in overseeing casino/ gaming operational processes and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of gaming activities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a strong attention to detail to this fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee document control processes to maintain accuracy and compliance across operational records.</p><p>• Manage the scanning and digitization of documents to ensure easy access and secure storage.</p><p>• Review and compile operational documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and enhance operational efficiency.</p><p>• Analyze gaming operations data and prepare detailed reports for management.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.</p><p>• Develop and implement strategies for improving inventory and resource management.</p><p>• Monitor and optimize financial performance within gaming operations.</p><p>• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to support their growth in attention to detail.</p><p>• Coordinate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.</p>

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations control or a similar role.<br>• Strong expertise in document control and scanning processes.<br>• Proficiency in compiling and reviewing operational documents.<br>• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.<br>• Familiarity with gaming and hospitality industry regulations.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.<br>• Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
