We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to oversee the accounts payable process and ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operations. Responsibilities:• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 3–4 direct reports, fostering their growth and development.• Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable Director and company owners to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor statement reconciliation.• Ensure utility bills are processed promptly to avoid service disruptions.• Partner with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and allocate costs appropriately.• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement automation solutions to improve workflow and reduce expenses.• Maintain strict adherence to deadlines while handling large volumes of invoices and payments.• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures within the accounts payable function.• Develop and execute strategies to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payment processing.• Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the department’s success. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable management or a similar role. • Proficiency in coding invoices, executing check runs, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively. • Expertise in cost allocation and vendor statement reconciliations. • Strong ability to identify and implement process improvements to optimize departmental operations. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. • Proven track record of handling high-volume workloads with accuracy and efficiency. • Familiarity with continuous business process improvement practices.
