<ul><li>2+ years of experience in property management, with exposure to Class A or luxury real estate preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with prior team management or supervisory experience.</li><li>Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting.</li><li>Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.</li><li>CAM certification, CPM, or real estate license a plus.</li><li>Highly motivated, professional, and eager to step into a leadership role.</li></ul><p><br></p>
