<p>We are partnering with a dynamic, service-based organization to identify an <strong>Accounting Manager</strong> who will lead core accounting operations across multiple legal entities. This is an excellent Accounting Manager opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complexity, and wants to play a key role in strengthening financial processes as the organization continues to grow. The ideal Accounting Manager candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to organize, streamline, and oversee multi-entity reporting while supporting and developing a team. <ul><li>3+ years of progressive accounting experience, leadership experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Experience managing accounting for multiple entities or business units</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting</li><li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required (multi-entity systems preferred)</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required)</li></ul>
