<ul><li>5–8+ years of FP& A or finance experience, ideally within manufacturing or product-based environments</li><li>Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills (scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, business cases)</li><li>Proven track record influencing strategy and driving business decisions through analytics</li><li>Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations and commercial teams</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers</li><li>Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)</li></ul>
