Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and internal controls to maintain compliance and accuracy.</li><li>Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to a long-tenured accounting team.</li><li>Partner closely with leadership to analyze financial results and support decision-making.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen communication and enhance workflow efficiency.</li></ul>For immediate consideration call Jimmy Tunney at 517-657-8054
