• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership role. • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and XLOOKUPs. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger management and financial reporting. • Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Eclipse Software. • Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements. • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support organizational objectives. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. • Proven leadership ability, with experience managing and developing teams of accounting professionals.
