We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As part of this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations by managing bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is proficient in accounting software. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely payments. • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Process invoices and ensure proper documentation for all transactions. • Handle general ledger entries and maintain organized accounting records. • Prepare and post journal entries to support financial reporting. • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to analyze data and create financial spreadsheets. • Collaborate with the store controller to support daily accounting operations. • Maintain attention to detail while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all accounting activities. • Assist with billing and other financial tasks as needed.

• Proven experience using QuickBooks, including Enterprise versions. • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas. • Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes. • Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and journal entries. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook for communication and documentation. • Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
