We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with construction industry experience to join our team in Kissimmee, Florida. This Contract position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in financial management and bookkeeping tasks. The role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and other accounting processes to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial operations. Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable.• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payments.• Handle purchase orders and monitor related transactions.• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to manage and organize financial data.• Process lien waivers in compliance with construction industry standards.• Implement three-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.• Compile financial reports and assist with budgeting tasks.• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounting activities.• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.• Familiarity with construction industry practices, including lien waivers.• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.• Ability to perform three-way matching for invoices and purchase orders.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
