Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Kent, WA. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere. This position also involves providing administrative support to the project management and accounting teams, helping to maintain efficient office operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors, vendors, and walk-ins in an organized and friendly manner.</p><p>• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.</p><p>• Provide administrative assistance to the project management team, including mail distribution and ordering office supplies.</p><p>• Organize and coordinate occasional company events such as employee appreciation days and annual picnics.</p><p>• Assist with purchase order entry for project managers, superintendents, and accounting teams</p><p>• Maintain calendars and schedules using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring effective time management and organization.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.</p><p>• Act as a gatekeeper for the office, ensuring the front desk is managed efficiently and effectively.</p>
• Previous experience in receptionist duties, including handling multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to provide clerical support and assist with administrative tasks.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.<br>• Positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work.<br>• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
