<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in <strong>C++ software development</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>modern C++</strong> (C++14 or newer), including STL, smart pointers, RAII, and templates</li><li>Experience with <strong>multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization</strong></li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented design</strong></li><li>Experience developing software for <strong>Linux/Unix environments</strong></li><li>Proficiency with <strong>build systems and tools</strong> (CMake, Make, GCC/Clang, gdb)</li><li>Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>high‑performance or low‑latency systems</strong> (financial systems, gaming engines, networking, embedded, or real‑time platforms)</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>distributed systems</strong> or messaging frameworks</li><li>Experience integrating C++ applications with <strong>Python, Java, or other languages</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> and automated testing frameworks</li><li>Exposure to <strong>cloud or containerized environments</strong></li><li>Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers</li></ul><p><br></p>
