You’ll work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to turn advanced models into scalable, production‑ready solutions.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full AI lifecycle—from experimentation to deployment—and wants to influence architectural decisions.</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models into production environments</li><li>Build and optimize pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions</li><li>Work with large datasets and fine‑tune models for performance, scalability, and reliability</li><li>Contribute to AI architecture, best practices, and technical standards</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong AI/ML focus</li><li>Expertise in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn)</li><li>Experience deploying models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</li><li>Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design</li><li>Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI</li><li>MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)</li></ul><p><br></p>
